40 Clarendon Road is a truly distinctive and unique office space. Unlike anything else in the surrounding area, the property was completely transformed both inside and out, and now features a remodelled, contemporary reception and exposed services on all floors, creating a striking HQ-style building.

Alongside a full suite of branded marketing material, a video was storyboarded, shot, edited and produced to show the property off in its full glory.
